These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or guardian who installs Word Jumble, and Damurka, which publishes it. By installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Using the game

Word Jumble is a word game made for children. You may install and use it on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. A child should use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Please do not copy, sell or rent the game, try to get round its purchase, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Google Play's rules.

The free game and the full game

The game is free to install. The free game includes the first part of the path, the daily challenge and Easy free play. The rest is unlocked by buying the full game once.

• The purchase is made through Google Play, at the price Google Play shows, and is charged by Google.
• It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it belongs to the Google account that bought it.
• A sum for a grown-up must be answered before the purchase screen opens.
• Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If Google Play refunds a purchase, the full game is locked again.

Words, pictures and other material

The game and its design belong to Damurka. Some of its content comes from others and is used under their licences:

• word meanings in the dictionary are from Simple English Wiktionary, by its contributors, under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence; they were shortened and their formatting removed;
• the dictionary's word list is from the SCOWL word lists, © Kevin Atkinson and others;
• picture words follow the emoji names published by Unicode, Inc., and the pictures are drawn by the emoji font on your device;
• the lettering is the Fredoka typeface, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Word meanings were collected automatically and filtered for a young audience, but they have not all been read by a person. If you find a word or meaning that should not be there, please tell us at wordjumble@damurka.com.

No guarantee

We work to keep the game safe, correct and running well, but it is provided as it is. We cannot promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or suited to a particular child or purpose. It is a game to practise words with, not a replacement for teaching.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Damurka is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the game, and its total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the full game. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says cannot be taken away.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains what information the game uses.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
